Ingredients

Scale

Meat

  • 8 slices bacon, chopped into 1-inch pieces

Vegetables & Aromatics

  • 3/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 jalapenos, thinly sliced into rings

Spices & Herbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Dairy

  • One 8-ounce package of reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Other

  • One 16-inch pre-made pizza dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven and Cook the Bacon: Begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). While the oven is heating, place the bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally until it is evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels, reserving the drippings in the skillet.
  2. Sauté the Onions and Garlic: Using the bacon drippings in the skillet, sauté the diced onions until translucent, approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Add the minced garlic and continue to sauté until golden, about 2 to 3 minutes. Season the mixture with cumin, oregano, and black pepper to taste.
  3. Prepare the Cream Cheese Spread: Add the cubed cream cheese and sour cream to the onion and garlic mixture in the skillet. Stir continuously over low heat until the mixture is smooth and spreadable, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Assemble the Pizza: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the pre-made pizza dough. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella and reduced-fat cheddar cheeses on top. Evenly distribute the cooked bacon pieces and jalapeno rings over the cheese layer. Finish by sprinkling parsley flakes across the pizza for added freshness.
  5. Bake the Pizza: Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes. The pizza is done when the crust is firm and crispy, and the cheese is browned and bubbly. Remove from oven and allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of jalapenos based on your spice preference.
  • For extra crispiness, prebake the pizza dough for 5–7 minutes before assembling.
  • Use reduced-fat dairy to make the pizza lighter but still creamy and flavorful.
  • Leftover pizza can be refrigerated and reheated in the oven for best texture.
  • Fresh parsley can be used instead of dried parsley flakes for a brighter flavor.
