  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. Dried Rosemary

Oil and Additional Ingredients

  • 2 C. Good Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Herb and Spice Mixture: In a small bowl, thoroughly mix together the red chili flakes, black pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and dried rosemary until well combined.
  2. Combine with Olive Oil: For serving, use 1 tablespoon of the prepared herb mixture per 1/4 cup of good quality extra virgin olive oil. Stir to blend the flavors.
  3. Serve with Balsamic Vinegar: Drizzle a small amount of balsamic vinegar over the oil mixture to add a tangy depth of flavor. Serve immediately with fresh Italian bread for dipping.
