Ingredients

Scale

Chocolate Coating

  • 16 ounces chocolate almond bark
  • 4 ounces vanilla almond bark

Base

  • 8 honey graham crackers broken in half (you will get 16 x 2-inch squares)

Optional Garnish

  • Holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set it aside to prepare for the coated crackers.
  2. Melt Chocolate Almond Bark: Place the chocolate almond bark into a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for one minute. Stir well, then continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Dip Graham Crackers: Dip each 2½ x 2-inch graham cracker piece into the melted chocolate almond bark, flipping to coat both sides evenly.
  4. Place on Baking Sheet: Using a large fork, gently lift the chocolate-coated graham cracker and place it onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat for all pieces, using a second fork if necessary to gently push the coated crackers off the dipping fork.
  5. Allow Chocolate to Harden: Let the chocolate-covered graham crackers sit at room temperature for 15 minutes to fully harden.
  6. Melt Vanilla Almond Bark: In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the vanilla almond bark by microwaving for 1 minute. Stir and heat again for another 30 seconds or until smooth and fully melted.
  7. Drizzle Vanilla Almond Bark: Use a large spoon to drizzle the melted vanilla almond bark decoratively over the hardened chocolate-coated crackers.
  8. Add Sprinkles (Optional): While the vanilla coating is still soft, sprinkle holiday sprinkles on top to decorate as desired.
  9. Set Vanilla Coating: Let the vanilla almond bark drizzle set for an additional 5 minutes before transferring the crackers.
  10. Store the Crackers: Place the chocolate covered graham crackers in an airtight container at room temperature. They will keep fresh for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking and ease cleanup.
  • Make sure to stir the almond bark frequently while melting to avoid burning.
  • You can substitute the almond bark with good quality chocolate bars if preferred.
  • Allowing the chocolate to harden at room temperature helps avoid condensation which can make the coating soggy.
  • Optional sprinkles add a festive touch but can be omitted without compromising flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container to maintain crispness and freshness for up to a week.
